Shipping Countries
Which countries does Dualshock.co ship to?
We currently ship to United Kingdom

Order Confirmation
When will I receive an order confirmation?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have registered your order in our system and have begun processing it.

Order Tracking
How can I track my order?
The tracking code will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of your package leaving our warehouse.

Delivery Details
How long does delivery take? The average delivery time is:

Delivery time: 1-2 days (Mon.-Fri.)

Delivery time: 3-5 days (Mon.-Sat.)

If you place your order before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00), it will be processed the same day.

Delivery Fees
Do delivery fees apply?
For orders under £50, a delivery fee of £4.90 will be charged. All orders over €50 are delivered free of charge.

Order Delays
What should I do if my order is delayed?
If the maximum processing and delivery time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, you may have to wait up to two additional days. Please check your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
What should I do if my package is damaged or contains incorrect items?
Take photos of the problem and briefly describe the nature of the issue. Please contact us with your order number. We will resolve the issue.
