What should I do if my parcel is damaged or contains incorrect items ?
Please:
1. Take clear photos of the issue
2. Email us at contact@dualshock.co with:
- Your order number
- Description of the problem
- Attached photos/video
We will resolve the issue promptly.
My product is not functioning properly. What should I do ?
Our products feature the latest technology and are thoroughly tested before shipping. If a malfunction occurs, it is most likely caused by an impact or incident during transport. But don't worry: contact us and we will resolve the issue quickly.
How do I make a return ?
You have 14 days from receipt to return your item to us.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return.
Do the controllers come with a USB cable ?
Cables are never included with SONY controllers. However, we currently offer a 2-metre USB cable with every controller purchased — a Dualshock.co exclusive to enhance your gaming experience as soon as you receive your order.
What are the shipping costs ?
For orders under £50, a delivery charge of £4.90 applies. All orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
When will I receive an order confirmation ?
As soon as you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means that we have registered your order in our system and have started processing it.
Which countries does Dualshock.co deliver to ?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom.
How can I track the shipment of my order ?
The tracking number will be sent to you by email within 24 hours of your parcel being dispatched from our warehouse.
What should I do if my order is late?
If the maximum processing and delivery time has been exceeded and you still haven't received your order, an additional two days may be required. Please check your tracking number. If your parcel still hasn't arrived, please contact us with your order number.
