Delivery Areas

We currently ship to France, Germany, and Spain.
Unfortunately, we do not yet offer international shipping.

Shipping Fees

Free Shipping : We offer free shipping on all orders to France, Germany, and Spain. No additional fees apply.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
• Processing Time : 1 to 2 business days after your order is confirmed.
• Any orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.

Note : Order processing does not include transit time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• Shipping Method : All shipments to France, Germany, and Spain use our “Free Shipping” method.
• Estimated Transit Time : 4 to 8 business days after dispatch.
• Estimated Total Delivery Time : 5 to 10 business days.

The times are estimates and may be affected by exceptional circumstances such as weather conditions, postal delays, or high demand.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track the status and location of your package in real-time.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct when placing your order. Dualshock is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delivery Delays

We do our best to meet delivery times, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (postal strikes, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package does not arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue quickly.
